Is Lighthouse only for public safety?

No. We started with first responders, and most of our work is still in public safety. The tools work for any organization building a wellness program. Public safety agencies have their own site, Lighthouse for Public Safety.

What does it cost?

One price for Wellness, set by the size of your organization. Use just the tools you need. Request information and we’ll send pricing for your size.

How do people in our organization get in?

Through your organization’s own app, or through the Lighthouse app with a code. It all works on the web too.

Is it confidential? What does the organization see?

People can ask for a peer anonymously. Reports show totals, never names, and small counts stay hidden. Self-checks save nothing.

Can we use just one tool?

Yes. Every program is different. Start with what fits and add more later.

Who runs the program?

You do. We help you figure out what it can be, and give you the tools and support to build it and keep it going.

Who builds the training?

Academy comes with a catalog of courses, including courses by Dr. George Everly, our Clinical and Education Director. Your own instructors can build courses too.
