For the Lighthouse Health & Wellness iOS and Android applications and the Lighthouse Health & Wellness Resource Library, no personally identifiable information for general users is required or collected. No 3rd party analytics run on the Lighthouse Health & Wellness Resource Library. The only data collected is aggregated counts of page views at an agency level. This aggregate usage data is only shared with the respective agency upon request and is utilized to help improve user experience, direct resource allocation, and help guide future content development. No third parties, partners, or sponsors are provided with agency-level data. IP addresses are a required component utilized to deliver our content to a specific device. No data is collected tying an IP address to personally identifiable information and all Lighthouse Health & Wellness server logs are purged within 30 days.
Agencies or organizations that elect to deploy a custom application have control over the features and content in that application. The Lighthouse Core application delivered to agencies as a starting point adheres to the policies above. Agencies may elect to add content and enable features that require user logins, the completion of forms that may require personal information, and/or that can potentially track users (for example, YouTube video links).
Information Collection and Use
For a better experience, while using our Services, we may require you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information, including but not limited to your name, phone number, and postal address. The information that we collect will be used to contact or identify you.
Agency Administrators are the only users for whom personally identifiable information is collected. Other than the affiliation with a specific agency, no identifiable information is collected or stored that would allow the identification of a specific visitor/user.

We want to inform you that whenever you visit our Service, we collect information that your browser sends to us that is called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your computer’s Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, browser version, pages of our Service that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages, and other statistics.

Note, organizations that use our platform to deploy custom applications have full control of the features and content in their applications.
