Weekly Wellness Minute: Take a Mindfulness Walk

That said, there are some hacks and tips people have found helpful when managing unwanted symptoms using grounding techniques. Grounding involves engaging your brain and refocusing it on the present moment to help diffuse unwanted symptoms. Here’s this week’s tip: Take a “Mindfulness Walk.”
