Lindsay McCall Long is a retired law enforcement professional from Arizona. Having survived multiple gunshot wounds during a critical incident, she credits her mindset, resiliency, and peer network ahead of the incident for helping her to create the environment from which to recover from the injuries and continue her path toward helping others understand the necessary path of peer support and mental health in law enforcement. Lindsay engages executive leadership to provide encompassing programs for officers as she herself provides critical training and response for officers in crisis. As a wife, mother and valued member of her community and family, Lindsay instills the importance of clarity, perspective and healing in her training and presentations. She is a recognized public speaker and presenter on mindset, resiliency and peer support, as well numerous law enforcement topics in which she maintains her expertise. Lindsay is actively pursuing better education and support for law enforcement prior to critical events and following trauma to sustain live of officers, their families and the communities who need them!
