First responders, especially law enforcement officers and dispatch, often spend long periods of time sitting in one position. This can cause tension in the body, and make it difficult to transition from sitting to springing into action, if need be.
In this short video, learn from pilates instructor Kris Lezetc some easy stretches you can do even from a seated position to release tension and improve mobility, supporting your neck and back muscles.
